(One half bath is conveniently located next to the pool) The large outdoor living space has everything you need to enjoy long days by the pool or the beach, both in and out of the sun. The pool faces East so it gets plenty of sunshine throughout the day and the outdoor space was designed with multiple covered areas so everyone can spend the day outdoors. Outdoor area includes private pool (heat available for additional charge), sauna adjacent to the pool heated upon request, screened in porch, covered sitting area with flatscreen TV, covered eating area, covered ping pong table and corn hole, gas grill, plenty of beach chairs, cooler, umbrellas, beach cart, sand buckets and toys, and an outdoor surfboard shower.

For your convenience there is an indoor half bath beside the pool, refrigerator, and stand-alone ice maker to fill your provided coolers, all located just inside the garage from pool. Load up the wagon, grab the beach chairs, fill your cooler, and take a walk across the street to one of the best beaches on the east coast all without having to go back inside the house.

The open floor plan invites everyone to spend time together. The kitchen with quartz and granite countertops, stainless appliances and 4 seat island counter; large living room with 10-person sectional couch and huge flat screen TV; 15 person dining table; and fireplace are all connected in a large open great room setting.

We have provided a Keurig, Nespresso and traditional coffee pot maker in the kitchen.
